You have ten minutes till you fall on your bed to get the well-deserved sleep you have been waiting for the entire hectic day. You get to choose what to do with them. You can even watch a movie… as long as it’s for ten minutes. There are a lot of smart ways of utilizing those last minutes and here are some that we thought might appeal to you:
Try committing those last 10 minutes of your day yo yoga for a deep, relaxing sleep. Not only does it help you get better sleep but also clears your mind. Say goodbye to all the trivial little things that are feeding on your mind and throw out all the noise just by putting 10 minutes of your energy into a few relieving positions.
The mailman didn’t respond to your return your hello. Your boss said he read your report rather than giving an opinion about it. You sat in pudding today. All the tiny little things that are bothering you get them out through your pen. Write what you feel, about your day, everything before going to bed. It will relieve you of a lot of burdens and let your mind sleep a peaceful sleep.
You are out the entire day. So many pollutants get absorbed by your skin on a daily basis; these can cause great harm to your skin and even make you look ten years older than you are. Follow a short skin cleansing routine that also relaxes your facial muscles. You will find very fresh in the morning with no clogged pores.
Read a Book
You know how everyone is always complaining about how they don’t get time to read books right? How about you read whatever you can of that book in those ten minutes. This will not help you relax but might also enhance your creativity and mood for the day ahead. Reading also adds to the intellect. So pick a book of your choice and start reading.. but only for ten minutes a day.
The last ten minutes of your day says a lot about what your next day is going to be like so spend them in the most relaxing way you can. Try to think happy thoughts before going to bed for a positive effect.
