You need to set your values and make sure you stick to them. If you believe the customer is always right then, you must adhere to it. You need to be clear about your values and let the customer know what you him to know about you.
Brand Boundaries
You need to know that you can say no to anything that goes against your values. Your customer base will get a negative impression if you do not adhere to your values hence you must make the boundaries very clear as well.
Brand Message
Find your brand message and make sure you are communicating it clear enough for everyone. They should understand what you want to give.
Get Your Custom Email Address
Get a certified email for your company to earn more credibility. This may also portray you as approachable which the customers will prefer.
Design a Logo
Your logo is an asset; it is what it serves as the face of your business and core of your brand identity. If possible get a professional to design it, or you can always do it yourself if money is an issue.
